Hiroyuki Ishimura

President , MISAWA Homes America

Hiro joined Misawa Homes in January 2019 after a 37-year career in international sales and business planning within the global automotive industry. Building on this experience, he has been involved with Misawa Homes since the early stages of its U.S. market entry, helping establish the foundation for strategic growth. He continues to play an integral role in advancing quality of life by thoughtfully integrating group technologies with residential development and homebuilding capabilities.

Chihiro

Chihiro brings more than two decades of experience in real estate and finance to the Misawa team.

Her background spans project management for leading Japanese residential developers and real estate investment for U.S. financial institutions. Since joining Misawa she has overseen corporate and internal controls, supporting operational excellence as the company expands. A licensed Architect and U.S. Certified Public Accountant, Chihiro applies this rare combination of architectural and financial expertise to deliver lasting value for a growing customer base.

Nobuo Harima

EVP, MISAWA Homes America

Nobuo brings nearly four decades of experience in finance, legal affairs, and international investment to the Misawa team.

Drawing on more than 30 years in the banking industry, he provides strategic oversight across internal controls, risk management, and corporate planning. Since joining Misawa, Nobuo has played an essential role in strengthening financial stability and governance, and he continues to apply this expertise in support of Impression Homes’ operations and long-term, sustainable growth.
