LEADERSHIP
Bruce Heikkinen
Founder and Board Member
Bruce founded Impression Homes in 2009. Bruce has been in the industry his entire professional life, serving in executive management positions up to division president, with top home-building companies in DFW prior to Impression Homes. Bruce’s vision and plan led to creating a successful home building company that continues his vision of integrity and honesty, growth and sustainability.
Steve Garza
President and Chairman
Steve officially joined our onsite team at Impression Homes in 2021, but he has been involved with the company since its inception. He has over 38 years experience in the financial and accounting arena and has been in a Management role for over 30 years. He has experience in multiple industries, including Sales and Service companies as well as over 25 years in homebuilding and real estate at a Senior Management level. Steve is continuing the legacy started by Bruce Heikkinen.
Matt Helm
Chief Financial Officer
As head of finance, Matt oversees financial strategy supporting the company’s growth and expansion. Matt joined Impression Homes in 2024, bringing more than three decades of experience; holds degrees in accounting and business administration and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
Holly Arestides
VP of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, she oversees construction, administrative, marketing, and purchasing functions, ensuring operational excellence, alignment, and a consistently high standard of quality and service.
Tony Cardone
VP of Purchasing
With more than 13 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, Tony brings broad operational insight to Impression Homes. His expertise in material and labor procurement informs a disciplined, quality-focused approach to building homes that balance craftsmanship, efficiency, and long-term value for customers.
Peter Lai
VP of Real Estate
Peter is a licensed civil engineer in Texas, he leads land acquisition and development efforts, guiding complex projects through clear communication and collaborative leadership. Bringing more than two decades of experience in real estate acquisition, development, engineering, and construction.
Andrew Estilow
VP of Construction
As Vice President of Construction at Impression Homes, he oversees all field operations, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction through disciplined leadership and strong teams.
