This is a very beautiful, private area filled with lots of bright foliage. It features mature
trees that both surround the development and are scattered throughout, thus providing an
array of beautiful colors in the fall. There are a total of 89 lots on this particular plat.
We currently have 18 available lots for you and your own builder to choose from, as well as a

Yes, and then there are the railroad tracks!!!! They are located close, but do not
actually border the plat of land. Come to think of it, lots that border them generally sell
first. Maybe it is appealing for people to have that certain amount of privacy. Which would
you choose, a train that people tell me they don’t even notice after a week or so, or
a neighbor living behind you? Perhaps the train sounds pretty good right now, especially
